About Me (Kim)
I’ve been a designer and renovator for almost seventeen years. In 2020, I got my Real Estate license so that I could be full-service for my clients.
I was born in Dallas, raised in Fairview, graduated from McKinney High School (when it was 4A), spent most of my childhood in Richardson where my family and my parent’s CPA firm (Campbell & Company) was located. I went to college in Ft. Worth and then moved back to Dallas where I’ve lived for more than twenty years. I’ve lived in Lakewood, the M-Streets, Addison and now Far North Dallas, specifically in the 75248-zip code.
My family was one of the first settlers to the Richardson and North Dallas area. I grew up watching my Grandad, Dad and cousins prospecting, buying and selling land. I come from a family of appraisers, brokers, estate planners and estate attorneys. North Texas dirt is in my blood.
I love Real Estate and the security that it can provide when approached strategically. My hope is to help as many as I can realize that security and focus on generational wealth.
My Amazing Support
My business has been successful by teaming with other small business owners. I have about 15 small businesses that I collaborate with on my projects. We all have each other’s back, moving project-to-project helping homeowners.
The following business owners are crucial to my success. They back up my day-to-day allowing me to provide better service to my clients.
Kathy Harris, Realtor
Kathy has been in real estate for over 20 years and is a top producing Realtor in Dallas. Her expertise is unmatched. I’m blessed to be able to call her my mentor and a friend. Kathy is my sounding board on every transaction. Because I take a limited number of real estate clients, she will often co-list with me on properties when I need help. This assures that I can still provide impeccable service to my clients. We’ll also partner on larger homes that may require two agents instead of one.
Mark Wardell, Construction Site-Manager
Mark and I have been working together for almost ten years. He’s been working in construction for a little longer than that – since college where he went to school for accounting. He is excellent at problem solving and will try to create a solution before saying “no” and walking away. Mark manages my crews on-site and is key in keeping our renovation projects in budget. He is also very prompt. If we’re ever meeting at a house and he’s not there, I know something’s wrong.
Amy Riley, Designer and Stager
Amy is key in both our renovations and real estate. She brings another aspect to the renovation process by taking into account decor and furniture layout. This perspective helps in making the correct structural decisions from the start. With listings, she advises on decluttering and staging to attract buyers. Amy and I have been friends for a long time and love brainstorming – usually over a glass of wine -ways we can use our services to help our neighbors.
