I’ve been a designer and renovator for almost seventeen years. In 2020, I got my Real Estate license so that I could be full-service for my clients.
I was born in Dallas, raised in Fairview and graduated from McKinney High School (when it was 4A). Most of my childhood was spent in Richardson where my family and my parent’s CPA firm (Campbell & Company) were located. I went to college in Ft. Worth (Go Frogs!) and then moved back to Dallas where I’ve lived for more than twenty years. I’ve lived in Lakewood, the M-Streets, Addison and now Far North Dallas, specifically in the 75248-zip code.
My family was one of the first settlers to the Richardson and North Dallas area. I grew up watching my Grandad, Dad and cousins prospecting, buying and selling land. I come from a family of appraisers, brokers, estate planners and estate attorneys. It’s only natural that my design and construction experience would lead me to real estate. North Texas dirt is in my blood.
I love Real Estate and the security that it can provide when approached strategically. My hope is to help as many as I can realize that security and focus on generational wealth.

Kathy has over 20 years real estate experience in Dallas-Ft. Worth specializing in the Spring Creek neighborhood. She is an annual top producer in Dallas and knows most Dallas neighborhoods like the back of her hand.
She is not only my real estate mentor, Kathy and I partner on properties when necessary to assure the best possible customer service. I am blessed to have her friendship and expertise at the top of my daily text messages!
Mark Wardell, Construction
Make – Ready & Flipping Contractor
Mark has been in construction for over 30 years. He has torn numerous North Dallas homes down to the studs giving him a good idea of what lies behind the walls of our North Dallas houses. He is the one who reviews our inspection reports and helps minimize items that might show up on an inspection report with every listing.
He is solution oriented which makes him invaluable in our make-ready and flipping services. Mark and I have worked together for almost ten years, and my favorite projects are those where we have to re-imagine the structure of outdated spaces – he’s the best!
Amy Riley, Design & Staging
Decorating and Staging Expert
Amy is my go-to for space planning and staging to sell. Her specialty is rearranging and utilizing what the homeowner already has in the house. This can help keep make-ready costs low so the homeowner can get more at closing.
If we are flipping a house for a homeowner or investor, Amy’s focus on the end-use and furniture placement helps us guide how we renovate, where windows and doors are placed and reimagine the structure of the house – her insight on the functional elements is a game changer in flipping.
