We design, plan and renovate the house. During the renovation, we promote the progress on social media to build excitement. Once complete, we deep-clean, stage and put the house on the market for sale. The goal is to get you more equity!
Renovate and Sell Later
We design, plan and renovate. The house is deep cleaned, staged and photographed. You live in the house for a couple of years. When you’re ready to sell, we already have the pictures so we just do a make-ready and put it on the market.

Pre-Assessment
Fill out a pre-assessment form below. If we think you’re a good fit, we’ll schedule a walk-through.
Walk-Through
We will walk through your house to discuss your goals further and to determine if your house would be a good fit for our Flip in Place service.
Inspection
The second step in assuring your house is a good candidate for the Flip in Place service is an inspection. This will give us a list of all of the necessary items that need to be addressed before selling.
Design & Plan
At this point, we’ve determined that your house is a good fit for the services, we’ve signed an agreement, and we start the design process.
Installation
Once our design and budget are in place, we begin the installation, promoting the property as we go.
Market and Sell!
All Flip in Place homes come with a product workbook and one year warranty on labor for the buyer.
