  • Assessment to determine needs in making ready the property
  • Organization list and to-do to help get property ready
  • Basic staging and make-ready for photos and showings
  • Professional photography with design pro present during shoot
  • Pricing strategy based on market reaction to your listing
  • Personalized marketing strategy based on neighborhood and the highlights the house offers a buyer
  • Custom yard sign with QR code that links to details of property (in addition to standard For Sale sign)
  • Unique social media videos and reels created to highlight your house in an entertaining way
  • I’m present at all Open Houses for my listings.
  • Undivided attention – I take a limited number of listings at a time. If my time is maxed, I co-list with my Realtor partner, Kathy Harris, in order to assure a high level of service.
  • Liaison between all agents, buyers and the homeowner
  • Weekly written summary of activity and feedback
  • Fresh flowers every two weeks at minimum!
