— i am a FULL-SERVICE listing agent
- Assessment to determine needs in making ready the property
- Organization list and to-do to help get property ready
- Basic staging and make-ready for photos and showings
- Professional photography with design pro present during shoot
- Pricing strategy based on market reaction to your listing
- Personalized marketing strategy based on neighborhood and the highlights the house offers a buyer
- Custom yard sign with QR code that links to details of property (in addition to standard For Sale sign)
- Unique social media videos and reels created to highlight your house in an entertaining way
- I’m present at all Open Houses for my listings.
- Undivided attention – I take a limited number of listings at a time. If my time is maxed, I co-list with my Realtor partner, Kathy Harris, in order to assure a high level of service.
- Liaison between all agents, buyers and the homeowner
- Weekly written summary of activity and feedback
- Fresh flowers every two weeks at minimum!
